A sympathetic refurbishment and extension of an existing healthcare facility to provide accommodation for the existing GP practice together with support staff and other community based healthcare services. The delivery of these services from the site was retained for the duration of the works by way of phasing the building works to allow part of the building to remain occupied, combined with the provision of appropriate temporary accommodation adjacent to the works.
