New 60 bed Nursing Home. The demolition of an existing out of date facility and the construction of a new 60 bed general nursing Home on a steeply sloping site. Forward looking design accommodating a variety of client groups.
20 bed extension and modernisation of an existing 3 storey nursing home. The project included two new wings, construction of a new bed lift external to the existing envelope and a 5 bed Intermediate Care Suite funded by Lewisham PCT. The existing 25 bed Home was maintained fully operational during all phases of the works.
44 bed OPMHN Home. 12 bed extension to existing 32 bed nursing home. Project included refurbishment of existing building, extended entrance and new conservatory. The Home was designed to provide a less institutional appearance and to upgrade the existing bedrooms to comply with Care Standards.
70 bed OPMHN Home. Demolition of an existing redundant facility and the construction of a new 70 bed Nursing Home registered for older people with mental health needs. Project included basement laundry and staff rooms.
