This integrated centre incorporates a GP Practice; child development and specialist community services; rehabilitation; dentistry; podiatry; minor surgery; outpatient clinics; diagnostics (including digital x-ray); community mental health services.
At the time of its delivery it ranked as one of the lowest in terms of cost per mē of any LIFT building and was a runner up in the National LIFT Awards in the Value for Money category. The Centre is cited as an exemplar for community engagement by Community Health Partnerships and has been quoted by CABE as a design exemplar at an NHS Confederation Conference.
