Extensive nationwide programme (over 50 year period) of new build, extension, fit-out and refurbishment for all types of retail units from 'Extras' to 'Express'. The nature of this rolling programme entails the provision of new buildings, conversions and refits to suit the changing nature of the retail environment, with subsequent extensions, both horizontally and vertically, to maximise opportunity of the Client's retail portfolio.
Involvement in strategic forums to formulate policy. Lead role in instigating Tesco's bespoke form of building contract which has now been used for many years.
