Creation of 3,500 ft² (320m²) stand alone multi tenanted retail pavilion within the public car park. The new pavilion is subdivided into three separate units,

Formation of 2 detached retail pavilions of 2,700 ft² (250m²) and 800 ft² (75m²) respectively within the public car park including the re-landscaping of the car park to improve pedestrian access and distribution through the park.
