The project comprised the comprehensive refurbishment of internal public malls including the replacement of finishes, lighting & the general upgrading of services installations. Accommodation was also provided for the relocation of a public library facility.
Thereafter there were a number of ongoing asset enhancement projects including the provision of an extension to form two new retail units, the reconfiguration of existing first floor accommodation to combine three units to form one new unit to suit customer requirements.
