The project comprised the initial alterations and refurbishment of units to facilitate relocation of existing tenants.
Subsequent to this, work entailed carrying out of major alterations and reconfiguration of existing accommodation to form new shell retail units, including installation of new vertical servicing core. Due to the location and impact of the works, extensive tenant liaison was required during their fit out. We have recently obtained detailed planning consent for an extension to the centre for 5 new retail units.
