Conversion of a Grade I listed building from offices back to a house. Fitting out of the building on five levels of accommodation to provide high quality living, sleeping and bathroom facilities. The project included refurbishment of an adjacent mews house for use as garages and service areas for the main house; new basement kitchen and underground plant room; feature fibrous plaster, marble and hardwood panelling; insertion of full air-conditioning into the building, which required the ventilation trunking and outlets to be concealed behind and within bespoke furniture units. The works were carried out to the satisfaction of English Heritage.


Newmarket

New bespoke designed Queen Anne style country house with high standard of hand made finishes and features throughout. The provision of accommodation in excess of 15,000 ft² (1,400m²) on three floors plus basement area, plant rooms and storage facilities. The house has formal reception rooms and wings containing swimming pool and conservatory. Garaging, formal garden with folly, tennis court, lawns, paved terracing and long drive. The project involved the demolition of an existing house.


Cornwall Terrace, London

Refurbishment and fit out of a Grade 1 listed building in a constricted city centre site. The project included a new basement under the building for the new accommodation; the insertion of a glazed atria/ conservatory feature link; housekeepers accommodation; creation of high quality reception and function rooms; insertion of a swimming pool and fitness area complete with solarium and sauna, and subterranean garaging; remodelling of the gardens. Approvals required from both English Heritage and the Crown Estate
