New build, high quality, exclusive residential development on the site of Kensington and Chelsea College.
The first phase will comprise the development of a new residential building with 6 storeys above ground and with three basement levels for plant and 67 car park spaces. Accommodation will include:
- 24 private 1-3 bedroom apartments
- 1 private 4 bedroom penthouse
- 12 affordable/key worker apartments for the Dominion Housing Association
The second phase will comprise the renovation and conversion of the existing college building known as Sloane Building into a further 34 residential units.
