The original fitting out of this 128,000 ft² (12,000m²) building for the bank's use, including the provision of a large plate dealing floor. The original fit out also included high quality meeting and boardroom facilities, together with plug and play IT.
The ongoing long term churn programme incorporating the reorganisation of the space to meet the changing needs of the client operations and to address the implications of changes in access and fire regulations over a period of 5 years.
