The award winning provision of an iconic mixed-use high rise development scheme on a key local interchange. The site is very constrained and, as a result of a highways oversailing agreement, the residential element oversails the pavement by up to two metres. The development is also affected by the close proximity of a deep underground line.

The development provides a support basement of parking and A3 space with further A3 space at ground level, separately accessed offices are provided at first floor, with 62 flats and penthouses above, again with their own access.
