This is a unique opportunity for regeneration on a major 3 hectare site to benefit St Pauls and Bristol. The redevelopment could bring up to £300 million of sustainable investment to St Pauls and is planned to provide about 48,000ft² (4,500m²) of employment and start up business space, 43,000 ft² (4,000m²) of commercial space, over 700 homes (including affordable and sheltered housing), 64,000ft² (6,000m²) of retail units, a 3/4 star hotel, public open spaces, social services facilities and doctors' surgery. The scheme also provides for the redevelopment of a school and playing fields, together with the redevelopment of a sports centre and tennis courts.
