New build, mixed-use development, providing retailing, community facilities, car parking, substantive highways alterations on a prominent site.
The development creates a 50,000 ft² (4,600m²) food retail store with its associated car parking and service provision, a 5,000 ft² (460m²) restaurant and 75 units of low-cost housing for sale or rent. The development also provides multi storey local area parking and lorry parking. Planning consent was obtained for a further 360,000 ft² (33,400m²) office and residential tower which was subsequently sold on.
