Refurbishment, upgrading and reconfiguring of this Grade II Listed hotel to 5 star status including 98 en-suite bedrooms, reception, gym, front and back of house.
Extension of "La Brasserie" restaurant through made hotel façade into the adjacent colonnaded Eastgate Street footpath to increase seating by 40%.
Reconfiguration and refurbishment of a multi-purpose function suite including the formation of a new Executive Meeting Suite.
These projects included detailed liaison with English Heritage.
