Conversion of a listed building to form a Golf Club House. The building was previously an old stable block used as the estates workshops. The project involved relocating the existing users into a bespoke Estates Workshop complex. The conversion provides main and spike bar facilities, other rest rooms, changing and shower facilities and full support and back up requirements for the club. It also creates space within the main building for other operational and members' facilities.
