A programme of different projects within RAC's listed buildings at Epsom and Pall Mall.

Over a period of 20 years we have assisted this central London private members club to upgrade, refurbish and extend the facilities at Pall Mall.

Our work has included:

• Main reception areas
• Insertion of additional guest accommodation and support facilities
• Refurbishment of basement health complex including pool
• Refurbishment of club rooms and restaurants including inserting new kitchen facilities



At Woodcote Park in Epsom, work has included:

• Upgrading, refurbishment and provision of the main reception areas
• Insertion of additional guest accommodation and support facilities
• New sports complex
• New estates workshops and other facilities for the golf course and estate management
• Provision of the golf club house and insertion of a high quality bistro, with theatre cooking, within the lower ground area
