Extension of "La Brasserie" restaurant made through The Chester Grosvenor Hotel façade into the adjacent colonnaded Eastgate Street footpath to increase seating by 40%.
Project included detailed liaison with English Heritage and Chester City Council plus provision of pavement dining and wheelchair access into hotel.
