Provision of 512 student bedroom units, all with en-suite facilities, in 94 units in a low rise configuration together with support and conference facilities to enable the development to operate independently if required.
The site is located in a planning sensitive location and had to meet the needs of those with disabilities and incorporate adaptations to assist those with sight, hearing and general mobility difficulties. The development was targeted to provide low energy usage without increasing capital provisions.
