Relocation from town centre and other sites to consolidate all processes into one edge of town brown field site. The works comprised the provision of:
- Fully fitted out 50,000 ft² (4,600m²) air-conditioned high density use headquarters office building
- 50,000 ft² (4,600m²) print facility
- Associated dispatch and loading facility
- All associated external works - lorry set down and wait areas, circulation and access roads to support the facility on the site
In addition the site required substantive site contamination remediation and alteration of the site contours to reduce the impact of the buildings on the adjacent SSI and the substantive upgrading of the highways infrastructure to the area.
