The relocation of this client's primary distribution and management from South London. The development provided fully computerised 100,000 ft² (9,300m²) "black box" high bay (40m) automated storage facilities built in two phases with fully computer controlled cranes and integrated picking, loading and despatch facility. To support this facility, a 20,000 ft² (1,900m²) headquarters office was provided, together with a separate sales support space which also included restaurant, sports and welfare facilities.
